Twin Realty General Manager, NELSON D. CUIZON, started in Real Estate as a part–time agent in 1992 while working in an Oil Company in Makati City, to augment the family’s income while starting to uphold his own family to a new born twin daughter.  He was also encouraged by a Real Estate Broker whom he bought a house from to become an agent.  That was the start of his interest in Real Estate selling,   a very lucrative and rewarding business to some people who may not know. Surprisingly, that same year, the company he was working in was shut down. He went on full-time to be a Real Estate Agent he then  borrowed a broker’s license from his God-father. In 1994, he was inspired to take the Licensure Real Estate Broker Exam, and with God’s grace, he passed it.

After passing the broker’s   examination, he started to put up his own realty marketing borne by the name of “TWIN REALTY”, which is after the twin daughter image.   Later his wife, VICKY CAMBRI –CUIZON, who was working then in an advertising agency, joined him in their business. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker.  They held their first home office in Mandaluyong   City. In 2002, they moved to a new office in Pasay City to house a bigger number of agents. Nowadays, the current office is located along Aguinaldo Highway in Imus, Cavite. The husband and wife team never imagined that their success in this field but they believed in God’s mighty Provision.

For almost 18 years in the industry, the couple shared this; to be successful in any endeavor, put CHRIST at the center of everything, followed by integrity and honesty, these are the ingredients of SUCCESS!
